MÖBIUS
is a consultancy agency that was founded in 1997 as a spin-off of the University of Ghent by professor dr. ir. Hendrik Vanmaele.
It soon evolved into an independent professional organisation with offices in four countries. Initially oriented towards Supply Chain Management, the company’s consultancy services quickly expanded to cover the fields of Business Process Management and later Change Management.
Today, over 140 consultants support our clients with management consultancy services, coaching and research projects. As partners to many industry operators, service companies and public sector organisations, we work together to put our defined strategy into practice: from the concept to measurable results. We always try to find pragmatic solutions that are based above all on agility. Our experts succeed in reconciling client satisfaction with effective processes. Our progress plans are always supported by robust change management and we take up each new challenge with passion and boldness.
As a spin-off of the University of Ghent and partner of the Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School, MÖBIUS stands out through its scientific approach and intensive knowledge sharing with its clients.
